Hi, we only have an Australian Facebook group. Akhal Tekes Australia.
There are only 2 purebred Akhal Teke Breeders in Australia.

The breeders of purebred Akhal Tekes live on either side of Australia so unfortunately don’t get to catch up often. Jessica Meares of Khan Tekes Australia is in Western Australia and has several imported purebred Akhal Tekes including mares Kenar and Asha Ozal and the recently imported stallion Bazyrgan. She also has the lovely Australian foaled fillies Khan Amaya and Khan Isabel. Khan Tekes have also produced several well-bred half Akhal Teke horses.
Die Kinder Stud is in Queensland and has the imported JBK Mukam and his 2 lovely Australian foaled daughters from Gelmay, Gemma and Gubilee. Gubilee has produced a purebred filly Die Kinder Amadelle by Amadei Geli and Gemma a purebred colt Die Kinder Willhelm by Wepaly Gulki. Both Gemma and Gubilee have also produced lovely half Akhal Teke progeny.
There is positive interest in Akhal Tekes in Australia.

You and Jesssica are doing phenomenal work with the breed in Australia. We are so lucky as a global community to have people so passionate about the breed and so driven to help it find success in Australia. I have heard of some inspired by you to develop the breed in New Zealand too.
