I signed up for the Rimondo website and have a tip for searches. Type only Akhal, Ahal, Teke and you will find more of our breed. I found no results with the whole name for some reason?
That is good to know! Often it depends on how the search algorithm was set up. Sometimes have to enter specific tags/keywords for the system to match unfortunately, rather than being able to use similar terms for related results.
1138 Arslan had only average results in racing. The second Arslan (943 Arslan by 697 Gelishikli, out of 1112 Alsona) showed higher racing class, out of 15 starts he won 7 times including Probnyi Prize and Prize of Kalinin, 2nd finished in Prize of Oktrytia. He participated later also in show jumping competitons, though not of so high level as 1138 Arslan. 943 Arslan became one of the most important breeding stallions at the beginning of Akhal Teke breeding in Stavropol studfarm, sired stallions like 1248 Orlan, 1056 Dasht or influential mares like 2434 Pudokhan (dam of Piastr, Khanbegler, Pelen, etc.) or 2718 Djugba.
